Everything was really quiet for me till the past couple of weeks.  The worst is my neck is killing me.  It's so sore and stiff, with tenderness that runs right up the back of my head.  Does anyone else have this?  Also pain in the tailbone area.  And fatigue.

Last night I woke up burning up and twitching, with heart sensations, and lay there like that for a couple of hours.  That hasn't happened in quite a while.  I've been doing a lot of praying for the both the Iraqi people and the invading military (please, could there just be NO ONE killed?), and all of the rest of us, so maybe that's triggered it.  Also I started meditating again a couple of weeks ago.  Who knows.

peace to you all,
Shelle
