It's been rather quiet! I guess we are sending energy where it is most
needed.

I especially liked your "notes" elargonauto :)) You express this very
well. It's as though mental energy becomes part of the rest of our
automatic and sympathetic nervous systems. Our minds/actions go on
auto-pilot. What is odd, is one can be in this witness state and still
function--but actions tend to have a joyful effortlessness about them.

BTW, I apologize for all the HTML in the digests. I thought I had had that
figured out--not so! Hope I can get used to this hotmail account and put an
end to the problem.
