Subject: [K-list] Limbic system experiment

Hi K-List,

I've been a lurker on the list for ages now but in the last few days I found
a website which as sparked my interest in experimenting with the K-energy.

This is the website I found and what it talks about is stimulating the
limbic system to encourage a more powerful interaction between the conscious
mind and whatever the rest of us is.

As you can see from the information on the site they use magnetic fields to
stimulate this area in the centre of the brain.

I think the same effect could be generated by directing one's own K-energy
into the centre of your head as a 15 to 30 min meditation. I would suggest
doing it just before getting ready for bed.

I've been trying it for a few days and have found my dream frequency has
increased. I have however only done this in a very casual way but I think
from the indicators I got that I'm going work a little harder at this.

The meditation image I used was to "see" the limbic system in my head and
lit up with energy. If you do a search on the internet using "limbic system"
as the key then you should find a diagram which shows you just where it is
sited.

If this does turn out to enable some of us to focus on dreams then this
could be extend into experiments on "dreaming together" but that is a whole
new can of worms.

By the way my view on experiments is that they are for the person doing them
and there is no need to tell anyone else anything, that said the exploring
involved is fun and it is nice to share any discoveries with others.
