[I am pleased to share with you a brief part of my personal Kundalini
diary.]

For the past few months I have been experiencing daily multiple
Kundalini activities simultaneously, spontaneously, and strongly. Each
session is always unique, sometimes with new Mudras (static
gestures/postures) or Kriyas (dynamic systematic movements/motions).
Mudras include Surya Mudra, Anjali Mudra, and others. Kriyas include
dancing, jumping, whirling, twirling, bouncing, twisting, bending,
weaving, twining, and other actions. The head may nod up and down
rapidly, or move in a horizontal circle. There is also the activity
where the eyes look upwards and the eyelids flutter. The spine
oscillates rapidly from left to right (& vice versa), directed from the
hips to the top of the head, sometimes the body swaying left to right (&
vice versa) simultaneously.

Sanskrit Mantras, Punjabi Bhangra, and Trance Goa seem to have the
strongest activation power. No intention or effort is required, but
often there is a subtle interweaving of manual and automatic activities.
There is exhaustion on completion with a feeling of calmness, peace, and
bliss.

The most frequent activity is Surya Mudra on the left hand, held
vertically (sometimes horizontally) at the sternum, with the right arm
either in Surya Mudra held at head height (forearm vertical, upper arm
horizontal, palm forward) or sometimes thrashing around like a cobra,
and power breathing (various speeds/styles of Bhastrika Pranayama).
Then both arms start to thrash around like two dancing cobras, and the
whole body twists from right to left continuously. Sometimes the whole
body turns around and around, one way and then the other, perhaps a bit
like Classical Indian dance.

Sometimes the whole body gets really hot, even in winter, and some
clothing has to be removed (even to the extent of the watch in one
instance, which was the last item).

Sometimes, the breath in drawn in slowly over the tongue so that a
strange slurping sound is produced, with a feeling of expansion in the
energy body. Sometimes the tongue starts to vibrate gently. Sometimes
the third eye location gets warm or hot. Sometimes the fingers go ice
cold, especially after a few minutes of Mudras.

Last week, after performing Nauli (self massage with horizontal and
vertical abdominal waves) manually for a few minutes, my right arm
started to thrash around in a much more intense manner than previously.
This time it was more like the focused rapid up & down fluttering of the
wings of a small bird. The sensation and fluttering moved over to the
left arm for a while and then subsided. [For a split second, the
fluttering was so powerful that I fantasised that I could, or even
would, fly off!!!]

I have attended one Shaktipat session and have recorded my experiences
on that course. I have also tried to record most of the other
experiences, but it is quite a difficult task in general due to the lack
of appropriate words. However, the recorded symptoms and activities are
described in a lot of detail, so I have chosen not post at this stage
(unless there is a specific request).

Jack.
