 Hi,

I just joined this list over the week-end - I began having kundalini
experiences about 6 months ago, always during meditation. rkshankar
described my experience to a tee:

> Sometimes the Kundalini process for me is a wild
> trashing or shaking
> motion with the arms (like the movements of a high
> power electricity
> cable that has been cut, or a free hosepipe with the
> water on full
> force), often with the hands in Mudra, in a sitting
> or standing
> position. I have seen similar positions in temples.

Up until recently that was my experience. Last week-end my torso and
head started doing the same sort of jerking motion so I had to start
reading everything I could find on kundalini. And I found this list.

I used to do yoga and have recently started doing some of the asanas
again. Would that have increased the activity?

I plan to read your messages and learn -- and maybe put in a few
words now and then.

Please, list owner (sorry I forgot your name!) I would love to see
how we are alike and different - by putting out a short biography. If
appropriate I may add one later.

Many thanks for being here!
