Dear Jack,

You asked:

I have seen/heard somewhere that hot/cold showers are linked to
Kundalini. Does anyone know the references? Can anyone describe the
relationship?
_____________

I don't honestly knowabout the relationship, except with Kundalini Yoga one
of the "rituals" is taking a cold shower upon waking, etc., and then
performing your morning sadhana. It's healthful, they say. Well,
whatever...I tried it once, that was enough. Not for me. Ever and ever,
amen. I canNOT imagine torturing myself with taking a cold shower -- that's
just me. I also canNOT imagine actually getting myself out of bed at 3:00
a.m. And no, I won't decide differently one day. The sun comes over the
Sangre de Christo mountains around 7:00 a.m....that's good enough for me.
And I own a water heater. My Kundalini chills are cold enough.
