Thinking about it won't provide the best answers. It has to be experienced.
  Your brain is capable of many complex operations, but so is a computer.
Yet a comptuer processes data blindly. It isn't aware of what its doing.
This sense of awareness, of being, is what differentiates us from machines.
Be still. Stop thinking. Ask yourself, "Who am I?". The answer is
astonishing.
