Hi Susan,

I have a mirror right next to me here at my computer. I
looked in it as you suggested, and the first response I
attended to was, "me".

I read David Bozzi's earlier post with interest as he
advised against catering to labels, and then made a
passionate plea for the use of the label "I" over "me". lol

I have always been me, it's the only thing in this
inconstant world of temporality that has never changed. Body
after body after body.... ;-)

Maybe I learned about me through Sunday School when I was
growing up. Like the Ten Commandment that states: Thou shalt
have no other God before me. And Jesus's supposed statement:
No man shall enter the Kingdom of God except through me.
Again: Come unto me all ye who are heavy laden, and I will
give you rest. And in the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas: Render
unto Caesar that which is Caesar's, unto God that which is
God's, and unto me that which is mine.

I wondered who this "me" was that scripture kept referring
to, and in ti-me realized I only gnew One.
