 Dear Acara and List,

>As with several others, I'm leaving the list.

After your last post, I must say that I felt this coming and thus am not
surprised. However, I found many of your posts interesting and informative.
  Therefore, I'll miss you.

The fact that you prefixed your good-by with "as with several others" speaks
volumes though. It infers that there's some mass group defection or
seditious movement underfoot -- a revolution of sorts. It seems like a
thinly-vailed invitation for others to follow suit. Further down the post
you lend credence to this theory by mentioning that you've started a new
Yahoo group.
>My journey requires exchange of ideas. Not
>pronouncements from a pigeon hole: This "thing" with
>Mystress will not be resolved.

From "the get" it seemed to me to be more of an alpha wolf battle (credit
Hillary) between you and Mystress, rather than an exchange of ideas. As I
once learned in corporate "charm school", we all have blind spots.
>This is her list, her friends. I've enjoyed many of the posts.
>Thank you for your comments and sharing this time. I prefer to
>go a direction where my every word is not criticized
>or harshly judged.

This is a diverse group. No matter what your view, someone is going to
disagree with it, especially if you start sounding "preachy" or pedantic.
Cripes, I got slammed for that just the other day. When I get criticized I
try not to take it personally and just ask myself, "is that correct"? If is
it, I accept the criticism. If it's not, I try explain myself better. If
the other person is just ranting, I usually ignore it.

Again, I'm sorry if you find it necessary to leave the group. Yet I learned
long ago (I know this sounds trite), "Ya gotta do what ya gotta do".

Peace,
