This is a response to the Outlook/Outlook Express
problem that "someone" seems to be having:

In the main window, go to Tools>Options - there is a
"Mail Format" tab AT_NOSPAM the top.

Click that tab & the first option is "Compose in this
message format:" > Chose "Plain Text"

Let me know if you have any more computer problems.
