hi Acara,
i think that many if not most on this list are at times involved in some
sort of healing activities... and i doubt there is a single person here who
would let a baby drown if they were able to help...
while i am not a healer, i follow my heart in the present moment, and that
often leads me into the beautiful joy of being able to be of loving
assistance to others... and i find that this is one of the greatest joys in
my life...
one tendency of folks going through K-awakening, is a clearing of certain
aspects of ego, (although i am not a believer that ego diappears in many
people, if in anyone at all).... so what i think some folks here are
struggling with is how much of their good intentions arise from ego need,
and how much is something that flows out of surrender to Shakti...
this list is a place where these questions can get asked, analyzed and
commented on by many, and sometimes even argued over... i have seen that
much of what seems to be a heldly strong held belief system on your part is
being questioned here since you've arrived.... and now you are reacting
rather strongly to 2 beautiful people who are struggling with these
questions among themselves, and not even addressing you specifically... and
IMO, it is certainly not just a matter of semantics...
perhaps being here is shaking some of the foundations of your belief system
(aka BS), and that is why you are reacting so strongly in your last post...
and actually, if that is so, i think it is a good thing... what do you have
to lose?... anything you have that is worth keeping will not disappear when
it is surrendered... only the BS disappears... the rest comes back even
better...
do you really believe that you could make a wrong turn?
