Dear RK Shankar,

You asked:
Can someone explain briefly as to how visualization of white light is used in k-yoga by you all?

I am not "you all," that is for certain: I seem to be at odds with many in the "use" of white light. To channel white light, is different from visualization. To center and hold the "white light" in the person's energy body is to enter the "Cosmic Dance" which Shiva symbolizes-- the om vibration. This prepares one to enter above the form, which is religion-- all religion, to dissolve beyond the forms into the sea of energy and endless possibilities of manifestation. Kundalini does not belong to the Orient... it is a word that describes the energy and spiritual beings we are. To manifest this LOVE and Diamond Body vibration on this plane is Dharma. We are all one. We are energy. The chakra are the dimensions of our energy bodies-- from the heaviest vibration of that energy on the physical plane to the more subtle of "white light." We increase the love and vibration on this plane when we engage and channel the "white light" on this dimension. To fear visualization or manifestation of white light shows an ignorance of the Om vibration. You obviously are very learned in the Oriental application of kundalini. Why do you ask this question? Blessings, Acara.
