Hi Listees,

I subbed basically because of my relationship with Hillary.
I got invitations from her, the great Blue Lioness, and
Josh, and so I thought I would see what happens.

Some of you may remember I subscribed a year or two ago for
a while. Too busy for me since I was subbed to a couple of
other high mail lists at the time. Things got really weird
with people writing some pretty nasty stuff under several
guises with one of those lists, and I suspect it had a lot
to do with the enabling of the Yahoo format, I hope this
works out better.

I went through the K rising stuff years ago, and it was
Hillary who helped me to understand that it continues long after the main event. Her patience and suggested reading has
helped me understand a lot more about what happened and what
is happening with me.

Right now, I'm basically doing a lot of meditating which
amounts to about 3-4 hours a day now, and it seems to be
pointing me right back to myself. I 'retired' at 62 about a
year and half ago, albeit a very poverty-ridden retirement
(although not too bad being single and owning my own house),
and have a lot of time to indulge in whatever interests I
can afford.

I hope to exchange ideas and thoughts about Kundalini and
meditation. I also have high interests in astral projection
although I don't seem so proficient as I would like to get
at this... I keep working with it. ;-)
