Here's a little exercise/experiment/game to get you more in touch with this:

Ball your hands into tight fists and then extend your fingers quickly and
firmly all the way out. Do this about 20 times in a row quickly. Then cup
each hand slightly, keeping them about a foot apart. Then slowly move them
closer, but don't let them touch. You should be able to feel a magnetic
force develop between your hands when the reach somewhere from 3 to 6 inches.
 This is created by energy in chakras of the hands.

On the topic of your health, when the K energy fully energizes your third
(solar plexus) chakra, great healing can take place in your body. I don't
know about your flushing red, could be just a side effect of high energy
levels.
