Hello Pierre and All,

I have also experienced heart problems at times. It got so bad at one
point that I was not only having an irregular heartbeat but strong pain
resembling a heart attack that lead me to see a cardiologist. He was not
able to trace any abnormality in my case, but even in cases like us who
are going through a K process, it's always safest to consult. The
symptoms were real I'm sure, even if they left as quickly as they came,
leaving me with an impression of having experienced an opening at the
heart level. I looked back at what had been going on in my life and what
I might have been doing that could have contributed to this and
remembered that I had done a visualisation exercise while meditating
concentrating on opening the heart chakra further and well enough, by
putting one and one together everything added up indeed. It's good to
think out thoroughly what we may have been playing around with!
