Bonjours Pierre!

I am mostly a lurker, but now I have some spare time, so I am
resurfacing to reply to your post ...

When I first began experiencing kundalini--especially after
experiencing the big "light"/explosion/orgasm thing--I began to have
some
of the more unpleasant symptoms. It began as acid reflux, which was
so bad that it felt like a stomach ulcer. A few nights, I could not
sleep, it was so bad, and I sat awake, contemplating taking myself to
a hospital emergency room. I was worried about the ulcer perforating
my stomach, which can cause death if not treated within 24 hours or
so.

Accompanying the stomach pain, was often a racing of my heart,
pressure or constriction in my chest, and a feeling of panic, which
sounds like every description I have ever read of a heart attack. A
combination stomach ulcer/heart attack! How's that for fun??

However, I did get to the hospital. No ulcer, just reflux; and my
heart was fine.

There have been other strange symptoms: brief tingling in the tip of
one finger (I think my left index--I haven't had that in a while); a
frequent "tickling" feeling in my ear, as if a bug is crawling around
in there (I keep wondering whether some insect had laid eggs in my
ears as I slept, and the larvae were hatching! =8-o); and perhaps
other symptoms that I haven't yet connected to the K.

Apparently, K messes with the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which
regulates the heartbeat and other automatic functions of the body. I
just read something the other day, about the condition known as
fibromyalgia, saying that probably it was connected to a malfunction
of the ANS. If that is so, could the huge upsurge in "fibromyalgia"
within the last 10-12 years be partly due to an upswing in kundalini?
Who knows. *****P*E*A*C*E**L*O*V*E**&**B*L*E*S*S*I*N*G*S*****
