Well, it never seems to happen as expected! LOL! I'm not sure there *is* a
"normally" as far as Kundalini is concerned! Many, if not most of the people
on this list have wakened spontaneously, without intervention from anyone

Kundalini is usually (at least in part) mystic in nature, so there really is
no inherent contradiction between mysticism and K awakening. Not sure what
you have read that would suggest a contrary view...
