Hi everyone,

I have been having a feeling of compression in my heart chakra, which
connects to my heart and feels like there's an "electrical" zapping feeling
on my heart and this makes my left arm feel electrical and really soar.
There's been a lot of stuff that's happened to my heart in the last 6 weeks
and it wouldn't be appropriate to discuss it on this list. But can anyone
relate to this? Any ideas on how to get ride of it?

I read somewhere that some people have had heart attack symptoms because of
their Kundalini.

Looking forward to anyone who might have some feedback.
