Perhaps you are feeling what you should be feeling... But, if there
are specific individuals and situations that anger you, have you
tried communicating in a direct and open and honest way with the
other individual(s)? That way, all sides could be heard in a mutually
responsive way, and in my experience, bringing things up to the
surface from the depths below, letting the sunlight wash over them,
goes a long way towards beginning the healing and resolution. Just a
thought. If I were the other party, I would respect you for bringing
up your concerns in a direct way, even if they may be difficult to
hear initially. If the others are angry and you are angry, it is
possible that your anger is inflaming theirs, and vice versa. If you
love yourself and them, look inside your heart and theirs and try to
work this through. Well, that is what I would do. It may not be right
for you... You be the judge... But I would want to feel your presence
right away to work this through with you if it were me.

love,
rita
