Welcome to the K list :)) It's a small world!

I agree with Jose, "you will have to let it go, surrender it. There is no
turning
back, the K-process will go on!"

It's interesting that searching for a song led you to the K-list. What a
nice synchronicisty, especially since it seems from your description that you
will share many experiences with people here.

The profound feeling that "everything is ok" is one familiar to me, too. We
are all, always ok, but it's something we often tend to forget!

Well, most of us find we can never really control Kundalini, but gradually
