Subject: [K-list] First kundalini experiences, seeking answers and guidance.

My first experience with kundalini was just a few
months ago. I saw
an image, and an instant later i could see that same
image over and
over in every direction. It was accompanied with a
sound. All of
this I felt like I recognized, like id seen it a
thousand times, but
never really SAW it. I felt a feeling of ultimate
understanding.
This was followed by several days of very strong waves
of energy up
my spine, like it was pumping it. I was overcome by
many bouts of
crying because it was so wonderful. I felt drawn to a
healer who
quickly identified my situation. She saw me over the
course of the
next few weeks, and informed me that my chakras were
opening up, and
that i was experiencing a full kundalini. Other
spiritual
realizations have occured randomly since then. And I
even recently
created an energy which i thought was love. I saw a
white light
shadow somewhat overlapping me, yet separate. I saw
lots of green
energy, and i was moved to say the word love when i
saw it... and my
pet cat was moved to instanly run up to my hand and
burry her face
in it :) Some things I feel like I understand without
a doubt in my
mind, but I have a lot of questions also. Does this
sound familiar
to any of you? it occurs sort of randomly. Have you
any advice on
how to meditate on this more directly? Or what type of
kundalini it
is and what its use might be intended for? I've had
other
realizations and they seem to be coming more
frequent/steady, but
also a little tamer. My biggest curiosity is what lies
ahead? can
anyone give me some idea as to the "timeline" of all
this? What can
I expect? What should i do and how can i focus in on
it? any
feedback on whats been happening is greatly
appreciated. Thank you,
