Hi, this is One Man Alone. By now I've received plenty of help on the matters of that frightening experience. Thanks to the help, I've realized that it was merely K forcing my unconscious to make me realize what was secretly fueling my anger, hate, and moody attitude. It made me realize what I was hiding with my anger, trying to spare myself from tears, regret, and unanswered questions from the past. There are elements in my past that I WILL need to know eventually before I start my own life. But as of right now, they mean nothing and will not be bothering me any more. When I'm ready to question the questions again, then I'll look into it. And, to answer some questions, I did meditate every now and then, but either not long enough or put too much thought into it. But, aside from all that, it's time I shared with the other members as the other members have shared with me.
I've been doing research on other things, and I found something interesting. It's supposedly the next evolutionary phase. It's called a "Supermind", or "Psychic Being". It's someone who has mastered the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. There are 3 phases to this. One is called the physical mind, in which through interaction the mind learns and the body gives the mind possibilities, like the cavemen. The second is called mind, in which the mind and body have a relationship of senses, intelligence, emotion, and strength, as our current man does. The third is called Supermind, in which the mind is now dominant over the body and brain, with the ability to distinguish, disregard, or choose the desired emotion, the ability to acknowledge pain and then heal it instantly, and to have mastered the secret mental abilities that humans have, connecting us with what we can't see. A Supermind knows, not thinks. A Supermind produces facts, not opinion. Finally, a Supermind can tell deception from truth, dream from reality, and has the ability to shape what it wants, not needing to practice before mastering something. I believe mastering Kundalini is the answer to evolve into a Supermind. Evolution without time. To become a Supermind from our current form without the wait of millions of years, because becoming a Supermind is not a so much of a change, but more of an understanding, and the rest happens on it's own.
So, this concludes our learning day. We of Kundalini are the first few who will shift into the great power of the professional human beings, the Superminds.

Look up more on this subject on Yahoo. You'll find many pages all with slightly varying information on Superminds but all say generally the same thing.
