    Surrender is the imperative of Kundalini, Ossi... the deeper you can
surrender, the easier your path will be. Alternatively, some people find
they can negotiate with K. Make an agreement to set time aside every day to
surrender deeply to the process, and for it to not distract you from your
workday, or embarrass you in company. This is an effective short term
solution, but it is not as good as unconditional surrender, and the fears
that motivate it must also be surrendered, in time.

    Hematite is good for grounding. I brought a handful of hematite
necklaces back from my trip to Alaska in August. Gave one to a friend and
he thanked me profusely afterwards, saying he felt better wearing it, than
he had in years. Also, iron pyrite, and volcanic iron ore.

   Obsidian grounds too, but also charges, helps to bring forth that which
must be cleared... especially rainbow obsidian. I like carnelian for
enhancing K-fire... I have a large (5") rough carnelian shaped like a
broken open egg, yolk and all. The texture of the inside, feels like a
yoni, except for the yolk shape.

    Some say the center of the earth is a huge crystal of magnetic iron...
it does not appear that way to me, but things sometimes do look different
in energy than in the physical.

   I also have a sphere of meteorite iron, with a unique crystalline
pattern that only occurs in zero gravity... but it is not for grounding, it
is a space traveller that draws my mind to the stars. Same with meteorite
glass.
