Why not try the grounding technique Angelique teaches on her website? It's
the most powerful way of grounding I've ever experienced. Prior to using
the visualisation with the web page (which is charged with Shakti), I had
tried all sorts of ways to ground for over three years, with marginal
success. I'm almost always grounded in my body these days.
