In my last post to Nina I thanked her for the cautions re "Sikh teachers" and
meant to say "Kundalini yoga teachers." I was getting mixed up with the
prior post I answered about looking for a teacher from the Sikh community,
which I may indeed do. I am sorry and hope I did not offend anyone with the
way that sounded.
