Unfortunately I know lots of places over here that teach yoga without
knowing about kundalini. They treat it as if it's a kind of interesting,
eastern gymnastics. There are lots of goods ones too, fortunately.

You know if I were you, I would ask to attend different classes and trust
your intuition whether they are good for you. If you trust the teacher from
a gut-feeling, than he/she is probably OK for you. Arrogance or no
arrogance. Trust yourself.
