I practise Hard Qigong (Iron Shirt) and the Microcsomic Orbit.  I'd like to 
know about Kapalabhati and / or Bhastrika breathing exercises.  I heard the 
brain actually expands and contracts during these breathing exercises (in 
Andre van Lysebeth's Pranayama book, unfortunately out of print), it sounds 
like these exercises could increase your alertness, can anyone direct me to 
good sources of info on these and other pranayama techniques, books or 
videos?
