Hello I was wondering if someone could give me a bit of insight. I know
anything diet related could cause wars as it has in the past MANY TIMES.
I just want some advice I dont want to start a war over diets so please if
you dont have anything nice to say about my question then shush! hehehe
Also if at anytime this question gets out of hand please feel free to
direct it to be answered offlist. Since all we have been doing lately is
arguing I guess my question cant hurt too much anyway : ) hehehe.

Ok here is what I was wondering has anyone tried one of them detox diets
that use like vege juices and stuff. I am really thinking of trying one
just to see what happens but I am not sure where the best place to look
would be and how safe they really are. I just feel really gross lately I
dont know if this will help or not all the junk K has been dragging up
surely doesnt help but can you all tell me if it will bring about any harm
to do this while K active and where to look for a diet. I am not a
vegetarian and I am still going to stick with my lousy diet but I am just
experimenting to see what I think.

The only diet that works is
the one where you eat more.

Get foods that are 'good for you'
Drink more water

For most of us that means
eating more veg and salads
(but hey - REAL SALADS!
- put some salami or mature
cheese in there - fruit
pieces of chocolate
- mayonnaise? Of course!
or fruit and veg with ice cream . . .

and would somebody
please invent HEALTH CAKE)

Drink more water.

If of course you want a more rigid
detox then more salads
and veg.

The above Ice cream detox
(using organic vanilla if you please)
is part of a 20 year detox . . .

The point of a detox is to
eat BETTER and DIFFERENT

Combine it with daily exercise
and in one month
you will be what you eat . . .
Eat voluptuously.(Lobster in salad - yum)
