I've done a few detoxes. The first one is challenging, but the effects are
brilliant - amazing, lucid dreams, skin that glows, digestion that works
perfectly, emotional clearing, etc, etc. Funny you should mention this as I
have been thinking about starting another one. I've got the details of a
few, so email me off-list if you'd like the details.
