Dear List,

Poll:

Where would you place yourself on the following scale

1. Almost always happy and content
2. generally happy and content
3. Somewhere in between
4 Usually somewhat blue
5 Often severely depressed

Do you often have fairly wide mood swings?

Have you changed mood or mood swings since k awakening (if applicable)?

Twenty-three people answered the mood poll. Thanks to all who responded.

We seem to have a fairly top heavy scale--12 votes above an even 3, and 3
votes below.

1&2 has 4 votes
2 has 5 votes
1&3 has 1 vote
2-3 has 2 votes
3 has 5 votes
3-4 has 1 vote
4 has 1 vote
5 has 1 vote

11 of those responding said they have wide mood swings.
5 people said they used to have but not so much now
7 said no, not often, or only seasonal or based on life situation

Changes in mood swings:

8 people said K was the cause of mood swings
7 people said they had fewer swings since K, or that they were not bothered
by them as much--more in control
6 people said they were happier
1 person said it was hard to say
