In disasters of any kind involving many people, it is OK to send healing thoughts and healing vibrations, in a sense those that are on the receiving end can receive or refuse, out etheric body will make the decision.
When people are unconscious and cannot speak for themselves, giving unconditional healing to be accepted by the receiver is O.K.. The receiver even though unconscious, the soul will accept or reject. It is never wrong to send healing energy.
However, if two people are conversing or in direct contact, yes, then ask permission.
Why make it difficult? Just send healing thoughts and unconditional love does not hurt anyone.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
>From what I am gathering, I would not argue with Mystress Angelique, but learn from her. It sounds to me that this woman has given her heart and soul to many people w/o conditions. Sounds to me like her heart is in the right place and that she cares.
