Good advice - thanks very much :-)

These self opening viruses
(people have kindly sent me several
- inadvertently)
mostly attack the most common
software used in business - Windows Outlook and
Outlook express

By changing to a more secure freeware email program
such as PEGASUS MAIL (probably the most secure
of the freebies)

or Eudora Mail

you can stop the self opening
BUT should still obtain virus software such as
this FREE (and very good)
email virus catcher AVG
http://www.grisoft.com
This program has an auto-update facility
(which is on by default)
An out of date virus catcher
lulls you into a false sense of security
  . . . so update and do a check :-)

you might like to educate yourself about virus
scams (a virus ate my hard disk type stories)
