Dear Mystress,
Thank you soo much for your insight I think that you have all helped me
realize something I just wasnt getting. I assumed if I went on a self
healing path and tried to release everything myself before the volcanic
eruption I could ease things along.

Goddess does not need nor want my help she made that perfectly clear and I
should have seen that I need to just deal with life and leave the rest to
Goddess. I have spent years trying to heal my inner child it is no
different than Gregor and his Yoga I guess. It has taken you all to hit me
over the head to see that I AM NOT GOD OR GODDESS I CAN NOT DO EVERYTHING. I
need to just take the back seat and Gregor this might be great advice for you
also. I think in our pursits to do these things we are given choices to do
it our way or Goddess' way and ours is far more difficult and painful. When
I saw and felt that terrifying thing whatever it was I knew this was way out
of my league but I think this was Goddess giving me a glimpse of what I am
not ready to deal with to teach me to sit back and shut up. Too bad it has
taken me this long to figure that out but all life is learning I suppose :)

 I thought I had surrendered but clearly have still been trying to be in
control. Anyway Thank you all. And Gregor no more doing Yoga and meditation
:)

By the way I am fine now it only took me about 24 hours to stabilize I still
have some anxieties but nothing that I cant handle. And Mystress thank you
very much for your offer in chat I was not on but it is very nice of you to
be so generous like that I will go to your web page and I am already feeling
so much better. You are a very kind person Thanks again and thank you
Hillary of course :) and all of you that were kind.
