This is my question. I can deal with all this K-energy in the day. But I
wake up every night at 2;00 am. And I wonder what kind of visualization I
can do laying flat on my back........Not waking anyone. Do I visualize a
tree? Mother earth? What? I try to relax but I feel volts of electricity
and heat coursing through but I need my sleep.
 Any suggestions?
