Hi M e

I've been thinking a lot about our first interaction. Your introductory
email triggered the abused and the abuser in me, and so it was through this
lens that I perceived the delivery of your message and then reacted - in
frankly a self-righteous way. I had obviously and unwittingly appointed
myself as keeper of the gate, and my challenge to you was coming from a
desire to protect myself and other members of the group from what I
perceived as your uncontrolled and indiscriminate wrath and rage. Who does
the wrath and rage belong to? Me, not M e.

I put this forward as an apology to you, M e, but also I want to share the
learning that I've gained from the interaction. For that, I thank you.
