Usually #4 and sometimes 3 or 5.

Hell, yeah. Not much has changed in that respect, although the mood
swings are more sudden now. However, I'm better at letting them pass
than I used to be.

Oh, I think I just answered that. Whoops.

I do feel a teensy bit less edgy and a teensy bit more mellow since
my k-awakening though. Hey, it's slow progress, but it's progress. :)
