Subject: [K-list] Artificial light and spontaneous awakenings

Hi All,

So I have been mulling this theory around in my head for a while and
wondered what you folks thought about it.

The endocrine system has been connected to the chakras and the
Kundalini path. The endocrine system is truly amazing. Just as the
nervouse system carries electrical messages through the body the
endocrine system carries chemical messages.

Each endocrine gland has a specialized function that corresponds
with "its chakra." All the glands react to each other and work
together. They are all regulated by the pineal gland aka the sixth
chakra or third eye. This is why it is called "The master gland."

It would seem that proper functioning of the pineal would be critical
when working with intense Kundalini energy. The pineal gland is
regulated by light.

In the last 100 years our light environment has changed drastically
because of artificial light. Here it is at 5:30 AM and I am in a
room bright enough to be the light of day. Taint' natural.

So I am wondering if all the rather drastic spontaneous awakenings we
are experiencing has to do with Kundalini accelerated by artificial
light. According to all the ancient texts spontaneous Kundalini
risings used to be very rare. Now they seem to be popping up all
over.

Any thoughts?
