On 2002/10/14 18:51, riversoma posted thus to the K-list: I used to do Hatha Yoga regularly about 20 years ago. I do some now
but not in any disciplined way. When these bizarre physical symptoms
showed up I tried 3 different Hatha Yoga classes. Only one -
Savroopa "Bliss Yoga" seemed to help. I still do many of the poses I
learned there but they dont seem to help nearly as much as they did
before. In fact they sometimes increase the tingling in my legs.

I think yoga does help sometimes and I think everyone should learn
atleast the basic hatha yoga asanas. It is important to find a
teacher you resonate with.
