If I were you, I would tune into your body, your body is trying to tell you something. I am a survivor and the first thing you get are messages and they are subtle, your body is talking to you, if you meditate get inside yourself and ask, also synchronicity in your life that points to the same thing often is another message. Kundalini is a great awakener, but instead of everyone floundering around wondering what is happening, go inside yourself.
