GO SEE A DOCTOR. Don't look for one on some Internet bulletin
board. Start with an Internist or General Practitioner (although
gland problems are really the specialty of an Endocrinologist).
Doctors are great bio-mechanics, and they can deal with conditions
that have obvious symptoms like yours.
Now regarding these other issues, such as, negative thoughts when
you go to sleep, the feeling that other students are fucking with
you psychically, the feeling you're going crazy, etc. It sounds a
lot like my experiences during K. awakening. Most Doctors won't be
able to understand what's going on. So if you "unload" these issues
on a doctor, he's probably going refer you to a psychiatrist.
If K. energy is working on you, it's going to transform you. It's
going to rearrange your priorities and make you realize what's
really important. Oh, but it's soooooo difficult to deal with --
it's soooooo hard to take. Why is this all happening to me? That's
your ego clinging to its old models of reality. Let them go. Be
here now. Ride it out. Feel the cool sea breeze coming in thru the
window. Smell the salt in the air.
I don't know what your religious preference is, but start reading
some book by enlightened people that have gone thru this, like, "Be
Here Now" by Ram Dass, "Dark Night of the Soul" by St. John of the
Cross, the words of Jesus in the new testament, the "Tao Te Ching"
by lautzu, the "Dahamapada" words of the Buddha, the "Bhagavad
Gita", etc. Find a path with heart.> ... this man had entered-and walked to the center. Wile I was

baseball cap wandering around the central square of town acting very
strangely. He would stop once in a while, bend over, and
start "writing" wildly in thin air. Then he would move on, stop
again, and begin doing this writing thing. I'd seen a lot of crazy
homeless people, but this guy was different. He was deliberate and
focused on what he was doing. I got the courage to speak with him,
and discovered that he was lucid and coherent. I don't recall the
conversation (this happened 30 years ago), just that he didn't seem
crazy. The guy totally freaked me out.
Even today I notice these seemingly crazy homeless people who are
not really nuts. But now, they seem to just pick me out of a crowd,
make eye contact, smile knowingly, and say "hi" or something. I
think these guys are just tuned-in to a different world, and
therefore don't give a rats ass about everyday reality.Peace and Love,
