Subject: [K-list] ADD, Kundalini, Coaching and Tantra

Hi, everyone,
It's been a while since I've posted! Over the summer I realized I
have ADD, which creates outward states very like some k-states, but
internally are diametrically opposed.

I started working with a therapist/coach in August because of the
ADD, but we seem to be doing a lot of deep k-integration work first.
It's a very organic process, guided by what I'm experiencing in the
now, in my body and psyche. She helps me focus and allow experience
to flow, rather than trying to avoid pain or stop it. We did a
wonderful session that removed a block I had at the base of my neck
since my awakening started. No more pain there! The energy was able
to move into my "skull" and stabilize, like the sugar syrup does in a
hummingbird feeder. I can sense the level adjusting on its own, but
it's not consciously directed and my body isn't trying to block or
restrain it so it doesn't burst my cells.

We also did a session where I was able to integrate my non-attached
peaceful energy with my active dynamic energy and reach a state of
active peace. That one is still stabilizing, because the work was so
deep.

She says she never knows what each session will be like with me! I
love that I can share this with my therapist who's not k-active but
is very spiritual and in the healing arts/sciences. We are teaching
each other a lot. (As are all of us!)

Another thing I feel is that I am moving backwards through time in
terms of dealing with remnants of old illnesses and psychological
states. I'm at about 20 now (in reality 35!).

I'm also being pulled more and more into exploring tantra and looking
at sharing k-energy with other people. Any suggestions on safe and
valid places to find partners would be gratefully appreciated.
