Somehow after having read so much about energy
travelling thru the spine, whenever I have experienced
sexual energy, i try to concentrate on my spine and
try to bring it up. It does go up , upto the middle of
my lower back but I could never never bring it up
further more even when i tried to. It flows back down
. I have experienced this quite a number of times. I
always thought "May be I am imagining too much ???"
Has this got something to do with K? How can i bring
it up further? Can anyone tell me or Is there anyone
who can help me?
