I know what you mean, on both counts. I have been
dealing with that hot, and tingling, especially in my
hands and my outer ears, off and on for as long as I
can remember!

I also had been dealing with that feeling of "am I
crazy, or something?" Not as much now that I have
found this and a couple other simial groups on Yahoo,
though! :)

Like several others have already stated, and it is
true, as I found out when I joined a few days ago...
No we are NOT crazy, this is a phenominal & REAL
experience of Energy we are having. One we will
continue to learn about and eventually, I HOPE, use
for the good of ALL! :)
