Hi all, I think the thread on what God is , is fascinating so I
thought I would put my two cents on it. As a spirit in this human
body, I find it so hard to comprehend God/Goddess. I think our human
desire to have things neatly in a box makes true understanding a real
challenge. For me I feel that my path is best fit by me saying I do
not know what God/Goddess is, all i know is that I as well as
everyone is a wonderful and amazing part of it. I idenitfy as divine
as I idenitify those around me in this plane as divine. there is a
magic and mystery to this rhythm in this world, I do not understand
it nor will i ever understand it. But the spirit knows, has known and
always will know. I read a perplexing thing in a book once..it was
one of the conversations with god books...basically in a nut shell it
alluded to God/Goddess having someone or something existing over it(
God/Goddess) to me that was a fascinating statement. One I have spent
thinking on...and perhaps make some sense. For if one believes that
they are a part of god...as like a cell in your body is a part of
you..then perhaps there is something more than our concept of
God/Goddess. I try to be open to hearing the wisdom of the divine. If
it comes out of the mouth of a two year old child or a nun or
buddhist monk. I think the greatest gift one can allow oneselve to
have is openness to all possiblities of existence and divinity. Just
my humble view....
