Hardly! Keep them coming! :)) The info on Melatonin is particularly
interesting to me because my twin suffers from migraines (they run in the
family), and I think there is a K connection. I also suspect taking
melatonin was, along with Hatha Yoga and other factors, a contributing factor
to my awakening.
