a general comment...

Why do people want to transcend the physical when the physical is a part
of the bigger whole... To embrace the physical and love those things
which we resist might be a good idea... I just realised tonight I'd
taken on from a very spiritual women some years ago her avoidance of
people with ego's. So what .. There is beauty in the ego and agression
also but for me I had become shut down and resistant to look and accept.

I have an idea of the state you metion. In the past I have been able to
stay like that for weeks (whilst travelling) but when my energy is
depleted it is easier to get bitten. Ego tends to be the small me
fighting for a cause. Although there is subtlety of this present all the
time, when I'm tuned into the whole or wider self, and living in joy
then my ego doesn't seem to be so present. Life flows and is very
natural.
