Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone have been to a cranio-sacral treatment. I
feel that I am very out of balance with electrical sensations up in
my head and I feel that neither yoga or meditation does it for me.
Also I have noticed that my pupils (in my eye) have gotten much
bigger since I started to open up and went with the flow. Anyone else
had that happening?
