Greetings,

I first experienced the transmutation of the sexual fluids about 8 months
ago. And recently, as I wrote in my earlier post, I believe I have
completely opened the second chakra now.

What I have noted in my last couple of kriya meditations is that the second
chakra seems to be changing its function--or maybe I'm just becoming aware of
it's higher function. As the prana flows down from the crown and the 1st
chakra energizes, the second chakra seems to act as a sort of "transformer".
It seems to intensify the energy and send it back up the sushumna. There are
no thoughts of sexuality when this happens, only a sense of joyful energy.

The heart chakra is beginning now to respond. I can feel the energy coming
into it and it seems to want to open up. It seems like it's stretching,
growing. Sometimes it even hurts. I use a "heart breathing" technique to
ease the discomfort. It feels like I'm truly learning how to Love
unconditionally.
