What feels right? If not sure then get a book or a guide.

Maybe not quite what typically others would regard as K. To me K is very
pure and uncoloured energy which is transformed into other energies as
it meets those aspects of ones make up. Even chi or prana is not as
direct as K imo.

Don't force it... If it happens it happens... Enjoying and becoming your
own energy might be a good wish.

5. is there any way that i will go insane, because

If you put too much significance on that which falls outside your usual
