Interesting, recently I have had warm, electricity-like sensations running up
from my left foot, especially the big toe, up into the left calf--like a
gentle vibration/tingling. I'm not having any pain or bad side effects from
this, in fact I think it is strengthening my meditations, allowing me to go
deeper.

Susan posted a couple of weeks ago that, traditionally, kundalini enters the
body through the left foot. Any more information on that? Anyone? Anyone?
